Contact The Halvorsen Company to request a cost estimate for the fabrication of a pressure vessel and an experienced engineer can provide pricing for the manufacture of your pressure vessel based on your exact design specifications. Pricing is based on the following factors:
- Size of vessel
- Materials of Construction
- Vessel Shape (transitions, cones)
- Additional Custom Standards
- Welding Requirements
- Specifications for ladders and platforms
- Special Opening Closures
- Quick Opening Heads (Autoclaves)
- Pressure and Temperature Ratings that Determine Vessel Wall Thickness
Because we use cost effective fabricating techniques, while focusing on the quality of the pressure vessel construction, our rates for manufacturing pressure vessels are very competitive and realistic. Upon request, we can provide cost (expense) estimations for each manufacturing step in the fabrication process. Small pressure vessels such as knock-out pots, knock-out drums or vapor-liquid separators may cost between $10,000.00 and $50,000.00 while larger pressure vessels like the ones used in oil and gas refineries can cost between $100,000.00 and $1,000,000.00 to manufacture and deliver.
The Halvorsen Company engineers and designs pressure vessels. These engineering and design services are frequently provided in conjunction with our pressure vessel fabrication manufacturing and services.
