Halvorsen USA fabricates rolled cylinders, both tacked only for your welding, and fully welded with ASME partial data (U-1) reports. We offer the same services for cones, segments, conical segments and cylinder segments. We fabricate carbon steel, carbon alloys, pressure vessel quality, chrome-moly, stainless, stainless and nickel alloys.

Our facility and equipment capacity is ideally suited to fabricate medium to heavy wall cylinders, cones and segments. Our skilled engineers and technicians have extensive experience in custom fabricating and welding cylinders, pressure vessel shells, cones, rings, custom formed shapes, elbows, transitions, lateral tees, mitered pipe fittings and segments. We routinely produce medium and thick walled cylinders and segments that require a high level of quality and consistent dimensional and shape control.
